One Brunch, Four Ways: Le Petite Marche

Atlanta loves a bit of brunch. Some do it for the day drinking [mimosas and bloody marys all day!], others for the insanely good grits [sometimes I'm a purist, other times I need some cheesy grits on my life!]. No matter the reason, I'm always looking for great brunch spots.  I'm not big on breakfast food everyday, but I'm more than happy to make an exception for delicious places like Le Petite Marche. Located in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta, Le Petite Marche has a pretentious sounding name but is far from it.  It's a beautiful space filled with natural light and lovely touches like real flowers at your table, and I've yet to find anything disappointing on the menu.  It has a casual, homey vibe. Step into line [not long on weekdays but be prepared for a wait on weekends!], order at the counter and find yourself a table. Here are four delicious ways to do brunch at Le Petite Marche:

The Grits Stack -$8.99 [I almost always have leftovers when I eat out, but NOT with this!]
Creamy grits topped with scrambled eggs, cheddar, marinated shrimp and bacon. Substitute Delia’s chicken sausage or veggie sausage for bacon or shrimp at no charge.

Build your own Egg Sandwich -start at $5 [So many ways to create your perfect brunch!]
Choose your bread, meet and cheese, then add in some extras for 50 cents a piece.

French Toast Sandwich -$8.99 [truly decadent, but a must try at least once!]
Vanilla-rum battered french toast, scrambled eggs, with your choice of bacon, Delia’s chicken sausage or veggie sausage all drizzled with warm buttery syrup.

The Kirkwood -$7.95 [for the purist- all the basics of a solid breakfast plate done really well!]
Hand-cut rosemary potatoes, fluffy scrambled eggs, buttered wheat toast and your choice of bacon, Delia’s chicken sausage or veggie sausage.
