25 WHOLE30 MEALS

I DID IT! I completed my month of Whole30ish! And let me tell you, it was 100% worth it.  I honestly feel it's changed my outlook on food in a big way. If I'm being honest, I'm a little bit exhausted. It's A LOT of work.  I was cooking all the time. I'm talking SO MUCH COOKING. I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner nearly every day for 30 days.  I'm a person who absolutely loves to cook, and even I was overwhelmed. I'm currently making a list of my thoughts on Whole30 and tips on how I'd do things differently next time around.  We've now entered the holiday season, so staying away from decadent foods will be a legitimate challenge. But I've decided to keep up with Whole30 [much in the same way I laid out in this post] as much as possible throughout the holidays. I feel so much healthier, it seems like a crime to go back to my old ways.  More chats soon on how I envision my food routine going forward, but for now here's 25 meals I ate while on Whole30. You'll see a lot of repeated ingredients [basically my insides are made of sweet potatoes, butternut squash and brussels sprouts!]. Again, I'll chat about my favorite Whole 30 ingredients and my personal tips soon, but check out the quick iPhone [and not necessarily pretty!] photos I took of my meals just to get a feel for what I was consuming over the past month. [in no particular order, because keeping track was a bit overkill!]. I'm hoping to remake some of my favorite dishes, and share more recipes with you!
